The order pipeline, step by step
With PeptideCloud Fulfillment, every order moves through the same tracked stages:
- Order placed — through your storefront, an invoice, a payment link or staff checkout.
- Intake sent and completed — the client fills out a secure medical intake.
- Sent to provider — you review the order and send it for physician review.
- Rx approved — a licensed physician approves the prescription.
- At the pharmacy — a licensed 503A pharmacy compounds the order.
- Shipped and delivered — tracking updates appear on your order page and in the client's portal.
How the money flows
Your client pays you, at the retail price you set, directly into your own Stripe account. Separately, your business pays the wholesale vial price plus one flat fee per order for physician review, pharmacy fulfillment and shipping. PeptideCloud never takes a percentage of your sales.

Already have a provider group?
Fulfillment is optional. If you already work with a prescriber network and pharmacy, connect it and track those orders in PeptideCloud instead. Protocols, cycles, billing and the client portal work the same either way.

- Do I need to keep peptides in stock?
- No. The pharmacy compounds each order for the individual client and ships it directly to them. Your business holds no inventory.

- Timing depends on how quickly the client completes the intake and on physician review and pharmacy processing. Every stage is timestamped so you and the client can see exactly where the order is.
- How does PeptideCloud charge for fulfillment?
- Your business pays the wholesale price of the vials plus one flat fee per order, not per vial. PeptideCloud never takes a percentage of your retail sales.
